Saved conversations and access

A saved answer is a record of what EKA said to one person at one level of access. Reopening it later does not re-run the question, and it does not show the answer to anyone the current rules would refuse.

This chapter is the same at every reader level — it records no run anatomy to reveal.

Three properties, on one conversation
  • current authorization: what a replay shows is decided by who is reading now, not by who asked
  • a classified saved answer: each saved turn carries the classification of the evidence it was produced from
  • result-set reauthorization: a saved list is re-read under current access before a follow-up uses it
Segment 1

Asked at RESTRICTED + HR + PAYROLL

The owner asks two turns. The first rests on a restricted contract and is saved with that document's classification. The second lists supplier invoices and saves the list as a result set.

Segment 2

Reopened by the same owner at INTERNAL

Replay is re-authorized for the reader's current access. The first turn is withheld, the second is still shown, and a follow-up about “those” re-reads the saved set under INTERNAL before using it.

Segment 3

Opened by hr.partner

A conversation is its owner's alone. Another principal is told only that it is not available, whether or not it exists, and it is not in their list.
